The Arm Kombat Wrist curl machine is designed to isolate your forearm flexors, and help develop your hand and wrist strength to a world-class level of cupping strength that is critical in arm wrestling. Isolating your hand and wrist with the padded supports will brace your forearm and take your upper arm out of the equation to focus all the weight directly away from your palm at an angle that will actually try to pull your wrist backwards the exact same way an opponent would on the table. The upright pads are also removable which also the table to be converted for use as a typical pulley system for working almost any arm wrestling movements including rising, pronation, back pressure, and even side pressure making this a very versatile exercise machine!
